针刺风池穴持续脑效应的功能磁共振成像研究

目的:应用功能核磁共振影像(fMRI)研究针刺风池穴后的持续大脑效应。背景:针灸是在中国应用了上千年的古老治疗方法。现在针灸被作为一种辅助替代治疗方法,其治疗效果在西方世界正在逐渐被认可。根据中医针灸理论,每个穴位都有其特定的功能。不同的穴位有特定的治疗效果,因此刺激某一特定的穴位可以治疗特定的病证。穴位的治疗是通过经络得以实现的,因此针灸刺激同一经脉上的穴位可以引发相似的激活模式。尽管针灸已有很长的历史,公众也已接受这种医学方法,然而针灸治疗的确切的生理机制仍不清楚,还需要进一步的研究。功能核磁共振影像因为其可以直接测量针刺引起的脑的活动和脑状态的功能变化,以及可以发现连接的类型,而没有放射性或侵入,已得到广泛应用。风池是针灸治疗颈部僵硬、癫痫、偏头痛、目疾的主要穴位。尽管关于其显著治疗效果的临床研究报导很多,而其作用机制还不是很清楚。虽然通过功能影像和神经科学,研究者已发现刺激某一特定穴位在相对特定的脑网络会引起血液动力学变化,然而针刺风池穴后在大脑皮层连接的持续变化还未进行研究。本研究,对11位健康受试者在针刺风池穴之前和之后进行了大脑fMRI检测。观察了大脑fMRI的活动变化和...
