2010年～2014年某医院发表论文的计量学分析

【摘要】：目的对某医院2010--2014年发表的论文进行计量学分析,为医院科研管理决策提供依据。方法采用文献计量方法对2010年-2014年某医院发表的论文用Excel进行统计,对论文数量、论文的期刊分布、论文的科室分布、核心论著及第一作者职称分布等进行统计与分析。结果 5年来该院发表科研论文1276篇;期刊以核心期刊为主;第一作者职称以高、中级为主,占75.52%;科室主要以外科为主,排名前十五位,外科占60%。结论科研论文的数量和质量基本呈逐年上升趋势,科研管理部门应创新科研管理制度,进一步引导和鼓励研究人员把高水平科研论文投向高质量的期刊,促进科研论文数量和质量的全面提高。
[Abstract]:Objective: to a hospital in 2010--2014 years of the metrological analysis, provides the basis for the hospital scientific research management decision. Methods using bibliometric methods published on 2010 in a hospital in -2014 were analyzed by Excel, the number of papers, the journal distribution, the distribution of departments, statistics and analysis of core works and the first author the title of the distribution. The 5 years the Institute published 1276 research papers in core journals; journal; the first author title with high, intermediate, accounted for 75.52%; the main departments in surgery, the top fifteen, surgery accounted for 60%. the quantity and quality of the basic research conclusion is increasing year by year, the scientific research management departments should the innovation of scientific research management system, further guide and encourage researchers to the high level of scientific papers on high quality journals, scientific papers to promote the quantity and quality of the overall High.
