中国理工科博士在国际期刊上发表英语学术论文情况调查研究

【摘要】： 近年来越来越多的中国理工科博士倾向于在国际期刊上发表英文论文,但是他们在写作和发表的过程中会遇到各种各样的问题。本文采用了问卷调查,采访,和个案分析的方法,通过数据统计,文本分析等方法,调查现在中国理工科博士国际论文发表的现状,总结会遇到的问题。四十名博士生完成了调查问卷,从中挑选出五名进行深入访问。最后从受访者中挑选一名作为个案分析的对象。所有的数据整理统计后,找出中国理工科博士论文发表的现状和问题,找出辅助他们进行论文写作和发表的方法,提高中国理工科博士国际发表的质量。 研究结果表明,语言仍然是中国学生面临的一大障碍,它会给论文写作与发表带来许多问题。例如表达模糊,论文结论夸张或者与审稿人沟通问题等。除此之外,审稿人评审论文的标准更侧重于论文本身的价值,是否有可读性,原创性,有新意并且论证合理。而这些才是中国学生在学术论文写作方面真正的弱点,也是英语写作教学经常忽略的地方。此外,那些成功发表论文的学生比其他的学生更加的积极主动,自信,更倾向于将自己的研究与国际接轨。 结论促进我们的英语学术论文写作及发表的进行,并且对于消除学术本位主义和英语教学,学术用途英语教学都具有一定价值。
