【摘要】：在民族国家的形成过程中,国家将民族传统文化中的有关成分加以重构,构建出一种集体意识,即民族文化认同。这种集体意识强调个体对民族的归属感,并将人们团结到该民族的特殊心理状态里,为维护整个民族的发展提供精神支持。随着国家之间交往的增加,以前彼此隔绝的民族联系日益密切,它们在互动中认识到本民族与其他民族的差异,在此基础上加强了民族的归属感和认同感,增强了自我体认的民族意识。同时,各民族频繁的交往就会不可避免产生冲突和抗拒,这就更有必要区分“自我”和“他者”,更加迫切需要一整套调节民族之间关系的行为规范和准则。冷战以后,由于全球化的深入发展,民族文化在向外扩散的同时不断吸收外来文化的新元素,民族文化认同具备了多重含义,在身份归属的某些层次上,不仅仅是与地域和血缘密切相关的了。民族成员多种身份彼此交叉,并随着情势的变化而不断地转换。民族文化认同由此上升到一个重要的位置上来,并且在国际政治舞台上扮演着越来越重要的作用。在国际政治领域,国家作为现代人类的基本生存单元,在维护民族利益方面起着重要的作用,因此它仍将是人们政治认同和文化认同的核心。但同时,全球化作为国家参与国际事务的一个背景,给民族文化认同带来了一些新变化。资本主义发达国家在国际交往中,凭借自己价值观念、生活方式和社会制度的吸引力和感召力来同化他者,使他国的民族成员认识并认同他们的文化,以此形成了对他国的规制力量。这有利于实现强国的文化战略和国家利益,也有可能激发民族主义的再度复兴。另一方面,全球化时代的文化交流会形成超越型的民族文化认同,它有利于推动地区和全球层面共有观念和合作意识,有助于增加地区和全球合作。
[Abstract]:In the process of the formation of the nation, the state will about the ingredients of the traditional culture of the nation to be reconstructed, construct a collective consciousness, namely the identity of national culture. The collective consciousness of the national emphasis on the individual's sense of belonging, and people will unite to special mental state of the nation, and offers spiritual support for the development of the whole nation.
With the increase of communication between countries, previously isolated nation increasingly close ties, they recognize the difference of the Tibetan and other ethnic groups in the interaction, on the basis of strengthening the national sense of belonging and identity, enhance the self recognition of the national consciousness. At the same time, various nationalities frequent contacts will inevitably lead to conflicts and resist, so it is necessary to distinguish between "self" and "other", more urgent need a set of regulating the relationship between national codes of conduct and standards.
After the cold war, because of the development of globalization, the new national culture constantly absorbing foreign culture while spreading outwards, national cultural identity has multiple meaning, at some level of identity, is not only closely related to the region and blood relationship. The identity of national culture from the rise to an important position, and in the international political arena play an increasingly important role.
In the field of international politics, as the basic unit of survival state of modern humans, plays an important role in safeguarding national interests, so it will remain the core of political identity and cultural identity of the people. But at the same time, as a background of countries to participate in international affairs on globalization, brought some new changes to the cultural identity of capitalism. The developed countries in international exchanges, by virtue of their values, life style and social system of the attraction and appeal to the other to his country's assimilation, ethnic members understand and agree with their culture, in order to form on his country's regulatory power. This is conducive to the realization of the national benefit of the powerful country, also has may the revival of nationalism. On the other hand, in the era of globalization and cultural exchanges will form beyond the national culture identity, it is conducive to promoting the regional and global levels were Ideas and cooperative awareness will help to increase regional and global cooperation.
