构建多民族共同体的“迪庆经验”:历史、现实与启示

【摘要】：在我国的五大藏区中,迪庆藏区以民族成分多、社会治安稳定而闻名。在此前的研究中,已有一些学者从民族政策的实施、国家认同与民族认同的关系、文化旅游发展模式等方面对迪庆藏区的稳定团结经验进行了概括,但这些研究仍旧只是停留在经验层面的描述,并没有追问背后更深层次的原因。历史上,迪庆藏族自治州位于民族交汇地带,各个民族在长期的共同生活中,建构起了超越族群与宗教的"地域共同体"。民族识别之后,新的民族身份为人们带来了身份再定义的过程,但在日常生活中,这种身份在很大程度上是空洞化的,以地域为基础的伦理规范与情感联结,是地方社会得以在很大程度上保持稳定的重要原因。深入探讨"迪庆经验",对于理解当代民族政策的困境,推动多民族国家的建设有很强的理论与现实意义。
[Abstract]:Among the five major Tibetan areas in China, Diqing Tibetan area is famous for its ethnic composition and social security stability.In previous studies, some scholars have summarized the experience of stability and unity in the Tibetan region of Diqing from the aspects of the implementation of national policies, the relationship between national identity and national identity, and the development model of cultural tourism.However, these studies are still only empirical description, and do not ask the deeper reasons behind.In history, Diqing Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture is located at the intersection of ethnic groups, each ethnic group in the long-term common life, the construction of a "regional community" beyond ethnic groups and religions.After the national identification, the new national identity has brought people the process of identity redefinition, but in the daily life, this identity is largely hollow, based on the region of ethical norms and emotional connection,It is the important reason that local society can maintain stability to a great extent.The deep discussion of "Diqing's experience" is of great theoretical and practical significance for understanding the dilemma of contemporary national policy and promoting the construction of a multi-ethnic country.
