“民族文化自治”视域中的“民族-国家”批判及其意义

【摘要】：当前"民族-国家"理论正在成为某些国家瓦解和分裂其他国家的有效工具,对此奥地利马克思主义者奥托·鲍威尔在其所阐发的"民族文化自治"理论中,从资本主义发展以及资产阶级本质上批判了资本主义民族国家的阶级性、历史性以及区域性,从而为维护统一的多民族国家奠定了理论基础。尽管这一理论由于没有意识到世界无产阶级革命时代的来临,从而在奥匈帝国遭到了失败,但是它为人们解决民族问题和审视民族国家模式提供了必要的理论依据。正是在这一视域中,才能透视西方民族国家内涵和其背后分裂其他国家的真实动机。
[Abstract]:At present, the theory of "nation-state" is becoming an effective tool for the disintegration and division of certain countries and other countries. In this regard, Austrian Marxist Otto Powell has expounded the theory of "national cultural autonomy".This paper criticizes the class nature, the history and the region of the capitalist nation state from the capitalist development and the bourgeoisie essence, thus laying a theoretical foundation for the maintenance of the unified multinational country.Although this theory failed in the Austro-Hungarian Empire because it did not realize the coming of the world proletarian revolution, it provided the necessary theoretical basis for people to solve the national problems and examine the national model.It is in this field of view that we can see through the connotation of Western nation-state and the real motive behind it to split other countries.
