九十自述:如何走上藏史研究之路

【摘要】：自小爱读书,高中时读过贝尔的《西藏志》汉译本,不经意间初与藏学结缘。在中央统战部民族宗教处工作,读了不少藏族史料,整理写作过涉藏材料、考察过藏区。被定为右派后,于1960年春被分配到民族研究所,初涉藏学研究。政治运动和参与编制《中国历史地图集》,使刚刚开始的研究西藏历史的工作又被中断,直到1973年才又重启藏学研究。回顾走上藏史研究之路的几十年,改革开放以前,以及调入中国藏学研究中心以后,一直以参加集体写作为主,离休以后可以自主选择题目写论文了,发表的文章却最多,据此看来,应该让研究者掌握充分的时间,安静下来搞研究。知识分子要追逐知识,也要重视培养健康的人格、思想、心理,方可积极作用于社会。
[Abstract]:Since childhood love to study, high school read Bell's "Tibet Chronicles" Chinese translation, inadvertently established a relationship with Tibetan studies.He worked in the ethnic and religious Department of the Central United Front work Department, read a lot of Tibetan historical materials, wrote about Tibetan materials, and inspected Tibetan areas.After being designated right, he was assigned to the Institute of nationalities in the spring of 1960, where he was involved in Tibetan studies.The political movement and participation in compiling the Atlas of Chinese History interrupted the work of studying the history of Tibet that had just begun, and did not restart the study of Tibetan studies until 1973.Looking back at the decades since the beginning of the study of Tibetan history, before the reform and opening up, and after being transferred to the China Tibetan Studies Research Center, they have been mainly engaged in collective writing. After their retirement, they have been able to write papers on their own, with the largest number of published articles,On this basis, researchers should be given sufficient time to quiet down to do research.Intellectuals should pursue knowledge and attach importance to the cultivation of healthy personality, thought and psychology so as to play an active role in society.
