侗族思想政治教育存在的问题及其对策研究

【摘要】: 侗族长期保持封闭、自我发展的相对稳定状态,随着我国社会主义市场经济的建立,开放度的扩大,打破了侗族传统的封闭状态,促进了侗族与其他民族间的交往,在沟通与交往变得频繁的同时,侗族因在风俗习惯、语言文字等方面的原因而引发的各种矛盾、纠纷也随着增多,这给侗族思想政治提出了新的挑战。思想政治教育是一项社会实践活动,目前,虽然一些侗族思想政治教育工作者对侗族思想政治教育实践中出现的问题与经验进行了思考和总结,但是侗族思想政治教育研究还非常薄弱,几乎没有人对侗族思想政治教育进行深入研究。本文系统研究了侗族地区思想政治教育存在的问题以及产生问题的原因,旨在揭示侗族思想政治教育的规律性。本文提出了要构建侗族特色的思想政治教育理论体系,健全侗族思想政治教育组织机构,充分利用侗歌、民族节目、“款”组织对侗族进行思想政治教育的观点。全文由三个部分组成: 第一部分:加强和改进侗族思想政治教育的意义。这一部分介绍了侗族的民族基本情况,分析了侗族思想政治教育的特殊性,指出了侗族思想政治教育的重大意义。 第二部分:侗族思想政治教育存在的主要问题及其原因剖析。这部分是全文的重点之一,主要从侗族思想政治教育的理论体系、人才队伍、方法途径等几个方面探讨了侗族思想政治教育存在的问题,以及对产生这些主要问题的原因进行了剖析。 第三部分:加强和改进侗族思想政治教育的方法与对策。这部分是全文的重点,也是全文的归宿。文章主要从领导高度重视;加强侗族思想政治理论研究:拓展侗族特色的思想政治教育工作方法与途径;加强侗族思想政治教育队伍的建设等方面提出了对策和建议,以提高侗族思想政治教育的实效性,对搞好侗族思想政治教育和促进侗族地区的稳定与发展有重要的现实意义。
[Abstract]:With the establishment of socialist market economy and the expansion of openness, Dong nationality has broken the closed state of the traditional Dong nationality and promoted the communication between Dong nationality and other nationalities. At the same time, communication and communication become frequent, at the same time, the Dong nationality caused various contradictions and disputes due to customs, language and characters, etc., which brings a new challenge to the Dong nationality's ideology and politics. Ideological and political education is an activity of social practice. At present, although some ideological and political educators of Dong nationality have thought and summarized the problems and experiences in the practice of ideological and political education of Dong nationality, However, the study of Dong's ideological and political education is still very weak, almost no one carries on the thorough research to Dong's ideological and political education. This paper systematically studies the existing problems and causes of ideological and political education in Dong nationality area, in order to reveal the regularity of Dong nationality's ideological and political education. This paper puts forward the viewpoint that we should construct the theoretical system of ideological and political education with the characteristics of Dong nationality, perfect the organization of ideological and political education of Dong nationality, make full use of Dong songs, national programs, and organize the ideological and political education of Dong nationality. The full text consists of three parts: Part one: the significance of strengthening and improving the ideological and political education of Dong nationality. This part introduces the basic situation of Dong nationality, analyzes the particularity of Dong's ideological and political education, and points out the great significance of Dong's ideological and political education. The second part: the main problems and reasons of Dong nationality ideological and political education. This part is one of the key points of this paper, mainly from the theoretical system of ideological and political education of Dong nationality, talent team, ways and other aspects to explore the existing problems of ideological and political education of Dong nationality. And the causes of these main problems are analyzed. The third part: strengthen and improve the methods and countermeasures of Dong nationality ideological and political education. This part is the focus of the full text, but also the home of the full text. The article puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions from the following aspects: strengthening the ideological and political theory research of Dong nationality, expanding the methods and approaches of ideological and political education with Dong characteristics, strengthening the construction of ideological and political education team of Dong nationality, etc. In order to improve the effectiveness of the ideological and political education of the Dong nationality, it is of great practical significance to do a good job in the ideological and political education of the Dong nationality and to promote the stability and development of the Dong nationality area.
