麻阳苗族自治县少数民族人口研究

【摘要】：统计分析麻阳少数民族人口数量结构变化、年龄结构变化、教育结构变化和人口城乡结构变化发现,麻阳县苗族人口增长速度逐步减缓,人口出生率逐步下降,苗族人口非自然增长权重较大,未来人口将进入负增长;随着人口出生率下降,教育需求减少,而教育本身又促进了人口数量和人口智力的进一步转移;麻阳县农村人口比例很高,城镇化水平仍然很低的现状。基于此,提出了进一步放宽少数民族计划生育政策,就近城镇化和回补少数民族地区人口智力资源的建议。
[Abstract]:The statistical analysis shows that the population growth rate of Miao nationality in Mayang County has slowed down gradually, and the birth rate has gradually decreased as a result of the changes in population structure, age structure, education structure and urban and rural population structure. The population of Miao nationality has a large weight of unnatural growth, and the population will enter into negative growth in the future, and with the decline of birth rate, the demand for education decreases, and education itself promotes the further transfer of population size and population intelligence. Mayang County rural population ratio is high, the level of urbanization is still very low. Based on this, some suggestions are put forward to further relax the policy of family planning for ethnic minorities, to urbanization nearby and to supplement the intellectual resources of the population in minority areas.
