柬埔寨农村地区饮用水问题研究

清洁饮水和环境卫生是人们日常生活的基本需求，是保护和提高人们健康及生活条件、促进国家工业化和现代化的必要条件。在柬埔寨，农村地区的饮用水供应相比于总的饮用水供应是非常低的。此外，超过50%的人不能享有干净或安全的饮水。本文主要讨论柬埔寨农村地区的饮用水供应问题并对现存的有关促进农村清洁饮水和卫生的政策及策略进行了调查和讨论。本文的主要目的是找出农村清洁饮水供应所存在的问题和挑战并找出可行的解决方法，然后提出相关的政策性建议。因为农村地区比较贫穷落后，而柬埔寨政府对偏远地区并没有给予足够的关注，因此有关农村地区饮水供应及卫生方面的官方数据较少，很难找到各省的具体数据。为了使本研究更加准确可靠，笔者在2013年12月23号到2014年3月10号回到柬埔寨期间对柬埔寨的若干省的农村地区居民进行了面对面的采访，通过这种方式收集到了第一手的数据以进行后续的分析。同通过对数据进行定性和定量的分析，笔者发现，总体来说，柬埔寨的水资源比较丰富，但是呈现在时间和空间上分布不均的特点，水资源开发中主要存在的问题有：用地表水灌溉稻田、森林退化对水资源的不利影响、地下水含有大量的铁和锰、工业化对地下水和地表水...
