膜处理的工业蒸馏废水中小球藻的培养及其对马氏珠母贝生长和成活率的影响

本文旨在探讨利用膜处理工业酒精废水培养小球藻的可行性,以及培养的小球藻对马氏珠母贝(Pinctada fucata martensii)生长的可能影响。本研究所涉及的一系列实验是在实验室规模下进行的,其主要发现如下:1、光强对膜处理酒精废水中小球藻生长和生物量的影响在本部分的研究中,分别在1000、2000、3000、4000和5000 lx的光强条件下用膜处理的酒精废水培养小球藻,用以筛选酒精废水培养小球藻以及小球藻处理酒精废水中TN、TP和COD的最佳光照条件。实验结果显示,在光强为4000 lx时,TN、TP和COD的去除效果和小球藻生物量生产都很显著。其中,TN、TP和COD的去除率分别为50.10%、76.92%和54.30%,Chl-a和类胡萝卜素达到最大值,分别为3.13±0.17和0.93±0.25 mg/L。2、温度对膜处理酒精废水中小球藻生长和生物量的影响本部分的研究目的是调查在15、20、25、30和35℃条件下,酒精废水中小球藻的生长情况以及小球藻对酒精废水中TN、TP和COD的去除效果。实验结果显示,在30℃条件下,小球藻生物量最大浓度为481200 cell...
