水分处理对黄瓜生理、品质及苦味相关基因表达的影响

黄瓜是重要的农业经济作物,黄瓜果实中含有非常丰富的营养物质,对人体具有非常高的价值。但是在农业生产中,由于栽培环境的影响,对黄瓜的生长,果实的品质等会带来影响,导致黄瓜果实苦味物质葫芦素C的形成等,从而进一步造成经济损失。温度、光照、养分、水分等通常是是栽培环境中的主要的影响因子。本试验选用中农16和黄山老黄瓜两个品种作为试验材料,将种子播种于穴盘中,等幼苗长到四叶一心时,定植于花盆中,进行统一管理为进一步的盆栽试验提供基础。等到黄瓜进入开花期并且根瓜坐住以后,统一进行不同水分的处理,水分处理主要包括1.8L/2d、1.5L/2d、1.2L/2d、0.9L/2d、0.6L/2d和0.3L/2d,1.8L/2d表示每两天浇足1.8L水,以此类推。每个品种的每个处理有5个重复。处理的过程中对处理5d和15d时,叶片的抗氧化酶活性和丙二醛进行检测;黄瓜果实进入成熟期,对黄瓜的产量、含水量、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、维生素C、有机酸和葫芦素C进行检测;对黄瓜植株是否为苦味类型进行基因鉴定同时对控制葫芦素C合成的Csa680基因进行RT-PCR。以研究黄瓜在结果期不同水分的处理与黄瓜叶片抗氧化酶活性...
