外源褪黑素和油菜素内酯提高草坪草高羊茅抗热和抗旱性的机制

  高羊茅(Festuca arundinacea Schreb.)是一种冷季型草坪草,对于低温的耐受性相对较强,但是高羊茅的抗热性和抗旱性在草坪草中属于较差类型。华中地区高羊茅的越夏困难,如何提高高羊茅对高温和干旱的抗性具有重要的意义。褪黑素(MT)和油菜素内酯(BR)作为两种重要的生长调节物质,都可以促进植物的生长,增强植物的抗逆性。本研究中,利用MT和2,4-油菜素内酯(EBL)处理高羊茅材料,探讨MT和EBL对高羊茅生长状态、生理指标以及基因表达的影响。研究结果如下:1.高温处理实验中,8天苗龄的高羊茅材料用20 μM MT或0.1 μM EBL预处理2天,然后在38 ℃条件下进行处理6或12小时。结果表明,在高温处理以后,MT和EBL预处理的高羊茅材料展示出较低的电导率、MDA含量、活性氧含量,包括超氧阴离子(O2-)和过氧化氢(H2O2),但是较高的叶绿素含量、总蛋白质含量和抗氧化酶活性(包括超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶和过氧化物酶)。高温条件下MT和EBL预处理促进了高羊茅的生长,提高了植株的鲜重和植株高度。通过RNA seq分析发现,4311和8395个unigene在高温处...
