有机肥和无机肥对“三明治”无土栽培系统中黄瓜生长、产量和品质的影响

黄瓜(Cucumis sativus L.)是世界上最重要的园艺作物之一,农业上过量使用氮肥会造成严重土壤和地下水污染,故减少化肥使用刻不容缓。本试验中使用红砖槽培的方式,槽深30cm,分为3层,每层10 cm,最上层为沙子,中间层进行不同处理,最下层使用椰糠作为基质,并将这种栽培方式称为“三明治”无土栽培系统,本研究的目的是确定该栽培系统的最佳沙子厚度,有机肥与基质的最佳剂量比,有机肥与无机肥的最佳配比,以及营养液中NO3--N/NH4+-N的最佳配比。试验采用完全随机区组设计,主要结果如下:1、不同沙层厚度对栽培基质水分和温度的影响。在30 cm椰糠的基础上,添加不同厚度(0,5,10,15,20 cm)的沙子分别记为T1-对照,T2,T3,T4,T5处理,在椰糠上面覆盖一层地膜作为T6处理。结果表明,试验期间温度保持最稳定的处理是T3,T5处理由于使用过量的沙子在经济性方面是不可行的,而且和T1间无显著差异,而塑料膜作为覆盖物的T6处理温度过高。2、栽培基质中不同水平有机肥对黄瓜生长和产量的影...
