生物调节剂对无土栽培黄瓜生长的影响

  本研究旨在筛选各种植物生物调节剂作为添加剂,检测其在无土栽培条件下通过根系施用对黄瓜生长的影响;然后探究最佳三种添加剂腐胺(Put)、细胞分裂素(MT)、油菜素内酯(EBR)复混配比对黄瓜生长生理形态及根系活力的影响;最后,研究(5 mM Put+0.02 ppm MT+0.001 ppm EBR)对盐胁迫下黄瓜抗氧化酶的影响,并研究其对盐胁迫下黄瓜植株产量,果实品质和碳氮代谢的影响。1-试验一、不同生长调节剂对黄瓜植株生长的影响本试验共设15个处理:T1(水)、T2(10mM腐胺)、T3(250 ppm海藻素)、T4(0.02ppm细胞分裂素)、T5(100ppm萘乙酸)、T6(400 ppm聚天冬氨酸)、T7(50ppm硝基苯酚钠)、T8(100ppm L-色氨酸)、T9(1%腐殖酸)、T10(107CFU/ml枯草芽孢杆菌)、T11(106CFU/ml木霉菌)、T12(50 ppm L-丙氨酸)、T13(150 ppm水杨酸)、T14(1mM纳米硅)和T15(0.001 ppm油菜素内酯),将上述生物调节剂分别加入基质中混匀,装盆,定植...
