γ射线辐照对食用菌基质中微生物的影响(英文)

  以食用菌基质中微生物为研究对象,研究γ射线辐照处理对基质中微生物数量及群落的影响。结果表明:基质中菌落总数和霉菌数经过γ射线辐照后显著减少;γ射线辐照对基质中细菌种水平OTU和属水平OTU相对丰度影响较大;种水平上,EscherichiaShigella、Uncultured bacterium(Lactococcus)、Uncultured organism 3条细菌OTU的丰度在辐照后明显上升,其余细菌OTU明显降低;属水平上,辐照对Escherichia-Shigella影响较小;而从门水平上来看辐照对菌群影响不大,Proteobacteria和Firmicutes两个门的细菌始终是优势菌群。γ射线辐照对基质中真菌的菌群结构影响较小,属水平上,Fusatium、Unclassified、Candida、Aspergillus在辐照前后始终是优势菌群;门水平上,Ascomycota是主要优势菌。
