巨菌草和其他有机废弃物厌氧发酵产沼气的研究

沼气是有机物在一定的温度、pH和厌氧条件下,经过厌氧发酵而产生的一种的无色可燃性气体。在经过提纯和净化等工序以后其甲烷浓度可高达97%以上,可成为天然气的完美替代品。巨菌草(Pennisetumgianteumlin)是一种多年生禾本科直立丛生型植物,具有较强的分蘖能力。这是一种适宜在热带、亚热带、温带生长和人工栽培的高产优质菌草,也是一种优质的能源作物。本课题目的在于研究巨菌草(Pennisetumgianteumlin)和其他农林剩余物如杏鲍菇菌糟、茶树菇菌糟、银耳菌糟、甘蔗渣、麦糠等发酵产沼气的效果。并深入研究巨菌草沼气发酵过程中的成分降解过程,以及发酵过程中微生物菌群的变化。实验在中温37℃恒温条件下测定不同原料在厌氧发酵过程中产沼气的潜力。结果表明:不同原料的沼气发酵潜力差距很大。巨菌草的沼气发酵效果明显优于其他原料。发酵期0~16天甲烷浓度迅速上升,随后甲烷浓度趋于稳定。不同原料发酵后沼液pH的变化差别很大,15天以后pH趋于稳定。日产气量呈逐渐下降趋势,巨菌草的日产沼气量高于其他原料。从积累产气量上来看,巨菌草、杏鲍菇菇头、甘蔗渣积累产气量较高。研究巨菌草与杏鲍菇菌糟的混...
