【摘要】:管理学大师彼得·德鲁克曾说:“当今企业之间的竞争,不是产品之间的竞争,而是商业模式之间的竞争”。商业模式是企业竞争的最高形态,未来企业的竞争将主要是商业模式的竞争。在市场竞争日益激烈的今天,企业必须选择一个合适的有效的商业模式,才能获取持续的竞争力,保障企业的生存与发展。然而,在当今信息化急剧膨胀的时代,市场环境瞬息万变,高科技飞速发展,消费者需求偏好也在不断发生变化,这都给企业的持续经营和发展带来了极大的挑战,企业原有的商业模式在经历了一个相对稳定的阶段之后,正面临着质的改变,也就是创新性的问题。企业想要把握住市场机会,在竞争中立于不败之地,对于商业模式进行不断的创新就显得尤为重要。煤炭是我国重要的基础性能源,在中国能源供给结构中处于重要的战略地位,同时在能源消费结构中也是处于主导地位。但是,随着社会经济的不断发展,煤炭行业在发展中也逐渐显现出各种问题,比如环境污染,技术落后,行业管理不规范,市场集中度低等问题。并且,煤炭企业数量较多,彼此之间存在较大的竞争压力。在市场竞争压力和环境保护压力的双重压迫下,大型煤炭企业不得不摆脱单一煤炭开采和销售的商业模式,开始进行商业模式创新,虽然已有很多煤炭企业对商业模式进行了创新,但是仍有很多问题存在。本文主要借鉴Osterwalder对商业模式的研究成果,对大型煤炭企业商业模式创新进行了研究。首先是探讨了商业模式及商业模式创新研究的一些基本概况,为全文分析做了理论铺垫;其次是分析了大型煤炭企业进行商业模式创新的必要性,以及大型煤炭企业进行商业模式创新的路径选择和路径评估;最后是案例分析,分析了神华集团的现有商业模式,以及现有商业模式的评估和未来的展望。
[Abstract]:Peter Drucker, a master of management, once said, "competition among enterprises today is not competition between products, but competition between business models". The business model is the highest form of enterprise competition, and the competition of the future enterprise will be mainly the competition of the business model. In today's increasingly fierce market competition, enterprises must choose a suitable and effective business mode, so as to gain continuous competitiveness and ensure the survival and development of enterprises. However, in today's rapid expansion of information era, the rapidly changing market environment, the development of technology, consumer demand is constantly changing, this is to continue the operation and development of enterprises has brought great challenges, the original business model has experienced a relatively stable stage, is facing a qualitative change that is, the creativity of. Enterprises want to seize the market opportunities, in the competitive position in an invincible position, the continuous innovation of the business model is particularly important. Coal is an important basic energy in China. It plays an important role in China's energy supply structure, and is also in the leading position in the energy consumption structure. However, with the continuous development of social economy, the development of coal industry is gradually showing various problems, such as environmental pollution, technological backwardness, industry management is not standardized, and market concentration is low. In addition, there are a large number of coal enterprises, and there is a big competition pressure between each other. The double oppression in the market competition and the pressure of environmental protection under the large-scale coal enterprises have to get rid of a single coal mining and sales business model to business model innovation, although there are many coal enterprises to carry on business model innovation, but there are still many problems. Based on the research results of Osterwalder on business model, this paper studies the business model innovation of large coal enterprises. The first is to explore some of the business model and business model innovation of basic situation, as the theoretical foundation for the analysis of this thesis; then analyzes the necessity of large-scale coal enterprise business model innovation, and path evaluation and large-scale coal enterprise business model innovation; the last is the case analysis, analysis of the existing business model Shenhua Group, prospects and to evaluate existing and future business model.
