【摘要】：正"十三五"时期出版行业对人才的需求有了新的变化和要求,总体可以括为三点:一个是宽领域,一个是多层次,一个是广规模。所谓宽领域,即随着出版业与技术融合发展,所需要的人才正发生结构性的变化,人才专业领域大大拓展。所谓多层次,即新闻出版行业所需要的人才应包含各个层次和水平,不仅需要高端人才,也需要结构性的合理补充。所谓广规模,即随着产业不断扩张和产业链的延长,新闻出版业所需要的人才规模,比任何以往时期都大。
[Abstract]:Is the "13th Five-Year" period of the publishing industry demand for talent has new changes and requirements, the overall includes three points: one is a wide field, a multi-level, a wide scale. The so-called wide field, that is, with the development of the integration of publishing industry and technology, the required talents are undergoing structural changes, and the field of talent professional has been greatly expanded.
