【摘要】:高等院校出版社(以下简称高校出版社)作为中国出版业的重要组成部分,承担着传播先进文化的责任,其健康发展对国家文化软实力的提升具有重要作用。在高校出版社持续发展过程中,构建具有核心竞争优势的企业文化的关键在于以思想政治为指导,确定正确的企业文化方向。因而,研究高校出版社如何基于思想政治教育进行企业文化建设具有重大意义。本文以基于思想政治教育的高校出版社企业文化建设为研究对象,首先采用文献研究和定性研究的方法,辩证地分析了高校出版社企业文化与思想政治教育的内在联系和区别;深刻剖析了现阶段高校出版社企业文化建设中的问题;指出思想政治教育作为高校出版社企业文化建设的重要内容,对保障高校出版社思想政治的稳定,指导高校出版社的发展具有重要意义;丰富了基于思想政治教育的高校出版社企业文化建设理论体系。其次,基于企业文化建设的一般原则,以思想政治教育为指导,构建了高校出版社企业文化建设所应遵循的具体原则;将思想政治教育贯彻于高校出版社企业文化建设中,从塑造出版社企业精神和培育企业价值观等五个方面指导高校出版社企业文化具体建设,实现了对高校出版社企业文化建设方向选择的理论指导。最后,通过构建思想政治教育在高校出版社内部推行的保障机制,保障思想政治教育能够在高校出版社内部得以贯彻,有助于发挥思想政治教育在高校出版社建设企业文化过程中的基础性作用,指导高校出版社建立健康向上的企业文化。本研究的结构分为以下四个部分:第一部分,对选题的理论价值与现实意义进行论述,简单介绍高校出版社企业文化的研究现状。第二部分,阐述了企业文化的内涵、结构、功能与特点,高校出版社的发展趋势及发展过程中存在的问题。第三部分,肯定了高校出版社企业文化建设取得的成绩,对高校出版社企业文化建设中的问题及其成因进行了详细的剖析。第四部分,构建了高校出版社企业文化建设的一般原则,从五个方面指导出版社进行具体的企业文化建设工作,并在此基础上构建了包括思想政治教育层面、组织层面与机制层面的保障机制,保障高校出版社企业文化建设稳步实施。
[Abstract]:As an important part of China's publishing industry, the publishing houses of colleges and universities (hereinafter referred to as university publishing houses) bear the responsibility of spreading advanced culture. Its healthy development plays an important role in the promotion of national cultural soft power. In the process of sustainable development of university publishing houses, the key to construct corporate culture with core competitive advantage lies in the guidance of ideology and politics. Determine the correct direction of corporate culture. It is of great significance to study the construction of enterprise culture based on ideological and political education in university publishing houses. This paper takes the enterprise culture construction of university publishing houses based on ideological and political education as the research object. Firstly, by using the methods of literature research and qualitative research, this paper dialectically analyzes the internal relations and differences between enterprise culture and ideological and political education in universities and publishing houses. This paper deeply analyzes the problems in the construction of enterprise culture of university publishing houses at this stage; It is pointed out that ideological and political education, as an important content of the enterprise culture construction of university publishing houses, is of great significance to ensure the ideological and political stability of university publishing houses and to guide the development of university publishing houses. It enriches the theoretical system of enterprise culture construction based on ideological and political education. Secondly, it is guided by ideological and political education based on the general principles of enterprise culture construction. The concrete principles which should be followed in the construction of enterprise culture of university publishing house are constructed. Carry out ideological and political education in the construction of enterprise culture of university publishing house, and guide the construction of enterprise culture of university publishing house from five aspects, such as shaping publishing house enterprise spirit and cultivating enterprise value. Finally, through the construction of ideological and political education in colleges and universities within the press of the implementation of the safeguard mechanism. The guarantee of ideological and political education can be carried out within the publishing houses of colleges and universities, which is helpful to give play to the basic role of ideological and political education in the process of building enterprise culture of university publishing houses. The structure of this study is divided into the following four parts: the first part discusses the theoretical value and practical significance of the topic. This paper briefly introduces the research status of enterprise culture in university publishing house. The second part expounds the connotation, structure, function and characteristics of enterprise culture. The development trend of university publishing house and the problems existing in the process of development. The third part affirms the achievements of enterprise culture construction of university publishing house. This paper analyzes the problems and causes of enterprise culture construction of university publishing house in detail. 4th part, constructs the general principles of enterprise culture construction of university publishing house. From five aspects to guide the publishing house to carry on the concrete enterprise culture construction work, and on this basis has constructed the safeguard mechanism which includes the ideological and political education level, the organization level and the mechanism level. To ensure the steady implementation of enterprise culture construction in universities and publishing houses.
