【摘要】：在对期刊责任编辑进行角色定位的基础上,阐述了责任编辑应承担的职责与具备的能力。期刊编辑要重视文化审思、要有高远的文化视野和追求,期刊编辑的工作成果不仅要满足人们的文化需求,而且要提升人们的文化品味。
[Abstract]:On the basis of the role orientation of the responsible editors of periodicals, this paper expounds the responsibilities and abilities of the responsible editors. The editors of periodicals should attach importance to cultural thinking and have a high cultural vision and pursuit. The work of periodical editors should not only meet people's cultural needs, but also enhance people's cultural taste.
