商务印书馆的用人机制与茅盾的成名之路

【摘要】：1916年夏天,北京大学预科生茅盾进入商务印书馆。总经理张元济对其定位为"试办生"。张元济很快从茅盾的一封便笺性质的信中发现了其才情,让编辑所所长高梦旦把茅盾安排到充满挑战的岗位上去历练。茅盾抓住机遇,开始了在商务十年的迅速成才之路。他凭着天赋与勤奋,在五四新文化运动中崭露头角。综观茅盾的成名之路,可以看出,是中国最大的出版机构商务印书馆,最早成就了新派编辑家茅盾,同时又成就了作家茅盾和评论家茅盾。
[Abstract]:In the summer of 1916, Mao Dun, a prep student at Peking University, entered the Commercial Press. Zhang Yuanji, the general manager, positioned him as a "pilot student." Zhang Yuanji quickly found his talent in a letter of the nature of Mao Dun's note. Let Gao Mengdan, director of the editorial Institute, put Mao Dun into a challenging position.
