学者型教科书编辑的养成

【摘要】：学者型编辑首先应该是研究型编辑。基础教育教科书编辑工作的独特性在于编写合一,双重复合身份使得他们从事教科书研究工作更具迫切性。多种形式的研究是教科书编辑成为优秀的编者和著者的支撑。从研究型编辑到学者型编辑,是从优秀迈向卓越的飞跃。优秀是经过一定的努力就可以达致的层次,而卓越的境界,更需要精神的磨炼与执着。研究型编辑的成长依靠的是培养、训练,学者型编辑的成长依靠的是自我养成。
[Abstract]:Scholarly editors should first be research-oriented editors. The uniqueness of the editing work of basic education textbooks lies in the integration of compilation. The dual composite identity makes them more urgent to engage in textbook research. Various forms of research are the support for textbook editors to become excellent editors and authors, from research editors to scholarly editors. It is a leap from excellence to excellence. Excellence is a level that can be achieved through a certain amount of effort, and the state of excellence requires spiritual discipline and persistence. The growth of research editors depends on training and training. The growth of scholarly editors depends on self-cultivation.
