我国出版产业可持续发展评价及策略研究

【摘要】：通过构建出版产业可持续发展评价指标体系与评价模型,对我国出版产业近十年的可持续发展状况进行评价,指出我国出版产业处于平稳发展时期,可持续发展态势良好,但也存在数字化转型缓慢、盈利水平有限、国际竞争力薄弱等问题。作为产业宏观主体的政府应通过要素培育、需求引导、产业集群、企业扶持等策略为产业发展提供宏观指导与环境保障;作为产业微观主体的企业则应采取资源优化、数字化转型、改革深化、责任坚守策略全面助推出版产业的可持续发展。
[Abstract]:By constructing the evaluation index system and evaluation model of the sustainable development of the publishing industry, this paper evaluates the situation of the sustainable development of the publishing industry in China in the past ten years, and points out that the publishing industry of our country is in a period of steady development and the situation of sustainable development is good. However, there are still some problems such as slow digital transformation, limited profit level, weak international competitiveness and so on. As the main body of the industry, the government should cultivate the elements, guide the demand, and cluster the industry. Enterprise support and other strategies provide macroscopical guidance and environmental protection for industrial development, while enterprises as micro main body of industry should adopt resource optimization, digital transformation, deepening reform and responsibility to promote the sustainable development of publishing industry in an all-round way.
