关联——ISLI国际标准的理念与价值

【摘要】：由全国新闻出版标准化技术委员会向ISO提交提案,并派专家参与编制的“ISO 17316:2015国际标准关联标识符(ISLI)”国际标准近期由国际标准化组织(ISO)正式发布。ISLI是基于我国MPR出版技术,为国际内容产业应用编制的一项通用标识符标准,它是现代信息技术条件下信息内容产业发展的一项重要的基础性标准,对我国出版产业转型升级将起到重要的推动作用。
[Abstract]:The National Press and publication Standardization Technical Committee submitted a proposal to the ISO and sent experts to participate in the compilation of the International Standard "ISO 17316: 2015 International Standard Association Identifier / ISLI", which was recently officially issued by the International Standardization Organization (ISO). ISLI is based on China's MPR publishing technology. A general identifier standard for the application of international content industry is an important basic standard for the development of information content industry under the condition of modern information technology. It will play an important role in promoting the transformation and upgrading of China's publishing industry.
