职务作品的新规定对出版工作的影响

【摘要】：国务院法制办公布的《著作权法修订草案送审稿》中对现行《著作权法》进行了一系列的修改,重新规定了职务作品著作权归属,增加了特殊职务作品的类型。由于职务作品是出版业常见的作品类型,此次修法对出版行业将会产生很大的影响。本文将以《送审稿》有关职务作品的规定为切入点,探讨出版行业如何健康完善的发展。
[Abstract]:In the draft revised draft of the copyright Law, published by the legal Affairs Office of the State Council, a series of amendments have been made to the current copyright Law, which has redefined the ownership of the copyright of a job work. The type of special post work has been added. As the job work is a common type of work in the publishing industry, the revision law will have a great impact on the publishing industry. This paper discusses how to develop the publishing industry healthily and perfectly.
