大数据时代数字出版的困境与对策研究

【摘要】:随着大数据时代的到来,数字出版作为新兴产业面临诸多困境。文章从完善政策体系,创造良好产业环境,促使传统出版与数字出版融合发展;提高文化产业地位,凸显分享经济作用;加强数字出版理念,培养数字阅读习惯,提升全民阅读水平;加强对数字出版物的出版引导和质量监管;调整电子书市场,完善数字教育出版市场;完善数字出版产业链运营模式;实现对数字版权的保护与运营;提升数字出版行业的科技应用水平;拓宽数字出版发展思路,促进产业融合创新九个方面进行了深入研究并提出具有可行性的建议。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of big data's era, digital publishing as a new industry is facing many difficulties. This paper tries to improve the policy system, create a good industrial environment, promote the integration of traditional publishing and digital publishing, and improve the status of cultural industry. Highlight the role of sharing economy; strengthen the concept of digital publishing, cultivate digital reading habits, improve the reading level of the whole people; strengthen the publication guidance and quality supervision of digital publications; adjust the e-book market, improve the digital education publishing market; To improve the operation mode of digital publishing industry chain; to realize the protection and operation of digital copyright; to upgrade the scientific and technological application level of digital publishing industry; to broaden the thinking of digital publishing development; Nine aspects of promoting industrial convergence and innovation were studied and some feasible suggestions were put forward.
