科技期刊著者姓名规范控制及身份识别分析和探讨

【摘要】：【目的】指出解决著者身份识别的有效途径。【方法】通过对14种SCI收录的地学科技期刊的研究发现,期刊著者身份存在歧义,在标识文章作者的信息和参考文献引用的规范各不相同,被不同国际数据库收录的著者标识标准也各不相同。【结果】通过出版机构和数据库收录方规范作者姓名标识、规范数字平台的存取以及利用注册标识号来关联作者信息和学术成果等相关信息是解决作者身份识别的有效途径。【结论】可以使科研人员文献信息传播准确,进行有效的知识共享,进而推进我国期刊的发展、完善科研管理和有关统计及学术论文的评估工作。
[Abstract]:[objective] to point out the effective way to solve the problem of author identification. [methods] based on the research of 14 kinds of geoscience journals included in SCI, it is found that there is ambiguity in the identity of the authors of the journals. In identifying the author of the article, the information and references quoted are different in specifications, and the standards for the identification of the authors included in different international databases are also different. [results] the author's name identification is regulated by publishing institutions and database collectors. Standardizing access to digital platform and associating author information and academic achievements with registration identification number is an effective way to solve the problem of author identification. [conclusion]. Effective knowledge sharing is carried out in order to promote the development of Chinese periodicals and to improve the management of scientific research and the evaluation of related statistics and academic papers.
