出版经纪人在中国大陆的发展与特色

【摘要】：目前,适合中国本土发展的出版经纪人道路在不断探寻中。文章通过对现状分析得知出版经纪入主要以团队合作的模式进行运作,进而总结出不同案例下的具体运作方法,归纳出行业存在意识观念、信任程度、人才保护与培育、内容认可的问题,提出完善我国出版经纪人行业的可操作性建议。
[Abstract]:At present, the publishing broker road suitable for China's native development is constantly being explored. Through the analysis of the present situation, the paper finds out that the publishing broker mainly operates in the mode of teamwork, and then summarizes the specific operation methods in different cases. This paper sums up the problems of consciousness, degree of trust, talent protection and cultivation, and content recognition in the industry, and puts forward some operable suggestions to perfect the publishing broker industry in China.
