《中华水文化书系》及其数字化项目组织实施经验及思考

【摘要】：《中华水文化书系》及其数字化项目作为中央财政文化产业发展专项资金支持的重大出版工程,其编纂、出版及数字化建设的过程是一项繁杂的系统工程。文章全面回顾了项目策划、组织并实施的全过程,总结了实施经验和个人体会,同时思考了项目运作中的问题和不足,对下一步做好大型出版项目的运作管理有借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:The book on Chinese water culture and its digitization project, as a major publishing project supported by the special fund for the development of the central financial and cultural industry, has been compiled, The process of publishing and digitizing construction is a complicated system engineering. This paper reviews the whole process of project planning, organization and implementation, summarizes the implementation experience and personal experience, and considers the problems and shortcomings in the project operation.
