高校学报在“双一流”建设中的机遇和挑战

【摘要】：高等教育"双一流"建设中,一流学科建设的任务和路径为高校学报在新时期的发展提出了新的机遇和挑战。"双一流"建设内容是高校学报发展的根本所在,"双一流"评价标准使得高校学报功能定位获得重新认知。根据"双一流"的建设路径,高校学报应该依托所在高校和学科,规划好近期建设任务和中长期发展目标,发挥学报在学校师资队伍建设、人才培养、学科建设、科学研究、社会服务、国际交流、文化传承等方面的独特作用,从源头上推动我国期刊质量的提升,维护我国科技期刊的成果首发权,掌握学术评价主导权,进而提升我国在国际科技界的话语权,更好地提升科技创新能力和服务于广大科技工作者。
[Abstract]:In the construction of "double first-class" higher education, The task and path of the construction of the first class discipline put forward new opportunities and challenges for the development of university journals in the new period. The content of "double first-class" construction is the fundamental part of the development of university journals, and the evaluation standard of "double first-class" makes the journals of colleges and universities. Function orientation is reperceived. According to the "double first-class" construction path, The journals of colleges and universities should rely on their universities and disciplines, plan their short-term construction tasks and long-term development objectives, and give full play to the journal's efforts in the construction of teachers, the training of talents, the construction of disciplines, scientific research, social services, and international exchanges. The unique role of cultural inheritance and other aspects, from the source to promote the quality of our country's periodicals, maintain the first right of scientific and technological journals, master the dominant right of academic evaluation, and then enhance our right to speak in the international scientific and technological community. Better improve the ability of scientific and technological innovation and serve the vast number of science and technology workers.
