【摘要】:互联网的高速发展带动了网络出版产业的发展,网络出版商业化及产业化的发展现状推动了业界及学界对网络出版商业模式的重视与探讨。 本文从起点中文网网络出版的发展特点出发,结合其他商业模式研究者的理论,将其商业模式划分为四大板块:战略定位、业务系统、盈利模式、整合运营。并将这四大板块进行细分,从而对其商业模式进行细致性分析,总结出起点中文网的商业模式的成功得益于网站角色定位、客户定位与产品定位的精准配合、业务关系的良性运营策略及业务系统价值链的横向与纵向延伸对价值增值与分散风险的作用、VIP付费模式等先驱性盈利策略的实施、全版权运营与对合作经营的重视等商业运作策略。 通过与同类及其他形式网络出版企业商业模式的对比,进一步提炼出起点中文网网络出版商业模式的优劣势所在,并揭露其商业模式中存在的问题并给予解决建议。本文最后上升至网络出版产业整体的高度,利用起点中文网网络出版商业模式的分析结论,给予其他网络出版企业商业模式发展启示,网络出版寻求融合性发展、全版权运营发展、产业链式发展、集团化发展等模式都是可行性策略。本文最后对网络出版商业模式的发展前景进行了展望,网络出版经营资本化、人才集聚化、合作国际化、形式多样化等都将可能成为未来网络出版商业模式发展所面临的现实,运营者可适时对商业模式进行创新,寻求发展契机。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of the Internet has led to the development of the network publishing industry. The present situation of the commercialization and industrialization of the network publishing has promoted the attention and discussion of the business model of the network publishing. Based on the characteristics of the development of Chinese network publishing and the theory of other business model researchers, this paper divides the business model into four parts: strategic positioning, business system, profit model, and so on. Integrate the operation. And subdivide the four major sectors, so as to carry out a detailed analysis of its business model, and conclude that the success of the business model of the starting point Chinese net benefits from the location of the role of the website, the precise coordination of customer positioning and product positioning. The benign operation strategy of business relationship and the horizontal and vertical extension of the business system value chain to the value increment and the role of dispersing risk the implementation of the vanguard profit strategy, such as VIP payment model, etc. All-copyright operation and the importance of cooperative management and other business operation strategy. By comparing the business models of similar and other forms of online publishing enterprises, we can further refine the advantages and disadvantages of the starting point of the business models of Chinese network publishing. Finally, this article rises to the overall height of the network publishing industry, and uses the starting point of the analysis conclusion of the Chinese network publishing business model. To give other online publishing enterprises an inspiration for the development of their business models. Internet publishing seeks for the development of integration, the development of all-copyright operations, and the development of industrial chains. The development of collectivization is a feasible strategy. Finally, this paper looks forward to the development prospect of network publishing business model, such as capitalization of network publishing business, talent agglomeration, cooperation internationalization, etc. The diversification of forms may become the reality of the future development of online publishing business model, operators can timely innovation of the business model, seek for development opportunities.
