从文化史角度对《新青年》杂志文学翻译的一点思考

【摘要】：《新青年》杂志作为新文化和新文学运动的发端,是社会历史和文化的选择。从文化史的角度去探讨其文学翻译,可以展示其翻译活动的全貌,对于充分解释其原因和意义至关重要。文章将《新青年》的文学翻译研究置于社会历史和文化语境,对其翻译主体、翻译理念、翻译选择和翻译语体作了考察,发现译者大多是新文化运动的倡导者,他们基于鲜明的启蒙目的,形成了自己的翻译理念、翻译选择和翻译语体,对于引入新思想和新文学起到了巨大的推动作用。
[Abstract]:As the beginning of the New Culture and New Literature Movement, New Youth magazine is the choice of social history and culture. To explore its literary translation from the perspective of cultural history can show the whole picture of its translation activities. In order to fully explain its cause and significance, this paper puts the literary translation study of "New Youth" in the context of social history and culture, and makes an investigation of its translation subject, translation concept, translation choice and translation style. It is found that most of the translators are advocates of the New Culture Movement. They have formed their own translation ideas, translation choices and translation styles based on their distinct enlightenment purposes, which has played a great role in promoting the introduction of new ideas and new literature.
