云南出版集团产业竞争力研究

【摘要】:出版产业是文化产业的核心部分,与文化产业一样具有文化和经济的双重属性,是经济和社会发展的重要推动力。中国出版业经过30多年的持续发展,其规模已跃居世界出版业的前列,正努力实现由出版大国向出版强国的跨越。发轫于2003年全国文化体制改革试点工作为中国出版业的跨越式发展拉开了序幕。2009年,全国新闻出版产业的经济总量超过1万亿元,成为国家重要产业和新的经济增长点。至2010年末,全国500多家经营性出版社将全部完成转企改制,成为新的市场主体。作为云南省文化产业体制改革的排头兵,2009年12月,云南出版集团有限责任公司正式整体转制为企业,在这一新起点上,如何提升企业产业竞争力、成为合格的市场主体、实现总资产和销售收入“双百亿”的冲刺目标,成为云南出版集团有限责任公司亟须解决的问题。 在这一行业发展背景下,本文在阐述了选题背景、研究目的和意义、研究的理论工具、国内研究现状后,将经济学的产业竞争力理论运用于文化产业的发展实践,运用产业竞争力理论、竞争优势理论和钻石体系分析云南出版集团相关要素的优势与劣势,具体提出了“立足‘桥头堡’建设优势,开辟新的经济增长点;以专业化整合创新产业链;调整出版结构,适应市场需求;用数字技术带动出版转型升级;进入资本市场,寻求战略合作伙伴”的具体举措,并在此基础上得出本文研究结论:转企改制不是目的,云南出版集团已面临“二次改制”,必须继续推进集团公司现代企业制度建设,着力提升出版主业的核心竞争力和品牌号召力,在出版资源的上游、中游和下游不断延伸产业链,合理配置资源,在相关产业深入拓展和延伸,真正提升集团公司产业竞争力。最后指出本文研究的不足和今后的研究方向。
[Abstract]:The publishing industry is the core part of the cultural industry and has the dual attributes of culture and economy as well as the important driving force of economic and social development.China 's publishing industry has been developing continuously for more than 30 years. Its scale has leapt to the forefront of the world publishing industry, and it is striving to realize the leapfrogging from a publishing power to a publishing power. The pilot work on the reform of the national cultural system began in 2003, which opened the curtain for the leapfrogging development of China's publishing industry. The total economic volume of the national press and publishing industry exceeds 1 trillion yuan, becoming an important national industry and a new economic growth point. By end of 2010, more than 500 business publishing houses in the country will have completed the transformation from enterprise to enterprise. As the vanguard of the cultural industry system reform in Yunnan Province, in December 2009, Yunnan Publishing Group Co., Ltd. was formally transformed into an enterprise. At this new starting point, how to enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise industry, It is an urgent problem for Yunnan Publishing Group Co., Ltd to become a qualified market subject and realize the goal of "two hundred billion" in total assets and sales income. Under the background of the development of this industry, this paper expounds the background of the topic, the purpose and significance of the research, the theoretical tools of the research, and the present situation of domestic research, then applies the theory of industrial competitiveness of economics to the development practice of the cultural industry. Based on the theory of industrial competitiveness, the theory of competitive advantage and diamond system, this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of Yunnan Publishing Group's relative elements, and puts forward the idea of "basing on the advantages of 'bridgehead' construction to open up new economic growth points." To integrate the innovation industry chain with specialization; to adjust the publishing structure to meet the needs of the market; to use digital technology to promote the transformation and upgrading of publishing; to enter the capital market and to seek strategic partners; On the basis of this, the author draws the conclusion that the transformation from enterprise to enterprise is not the purpose, the Yunnan Publishing Group has been faced with "secondary restructuring", and must continue to promote the construction of modern enterprise system of the group company. Strive to promote the core competitiveness and brand appeal of the main publishing industry, extend the industry chain in the upstream, middle and lower reaches of the publishing resources, allocate the resources reasonably, and expand and extend in the related industries, Finally, the paper points out the deficiency of this paper and the research direction in the future.
