河北新华书店集团公司多元化经营途径探析

【摘要】: 河北新华书店有着60多年的发展历史,其主营业务是发行教材教辅及一般图书。从2003年开始,国家分地区、分阶段的开始实施教材发行改革,这无疑对河北新华书店的主营业务造成了影响。 2006年底,河北新华书店集团公司开始计划实施多元化战略,明确提出教材、一般图书、多元化经营三大经济支柱共同发展的战略方向。河北新华书店集团公司在多元化经营途径方面谨慎选择,在汽车代理销售、投资办学等领域争得行业前茅,对其他地区的新华书店经营途径起到了借鉴作用。然而,多元化战略不能仅靠一两项成功的多元化经营途径来支撑,河北新华书店集团公司在进行多元化经营方面具有优势与劣势、机遇与威胁,只有从行业“进入”入手就谨慎而行,在经营管理过程当中要把握市场经济规律,形成整体优势才能为主业乃至整个河北新华书店集团公司服务。
[Abstract]:Hebei Xinhua Bookstore has a history of more than 60 years of development. Its main business is to issue teaching materials, teaching aids and general books. This undoubtedly affected the main business of Hebei Xinhua Bookstore. In end of 2006, Hebei Xinhua Bookstore Group Company began to plan to implement the diversification strategy, explicitly proposing textbooks, general books, The strategic direction of the common development of the three economic pillars of diversified management. Hebei Xinhua Bookstore Group Company has carefully chosen the diversified management approach and won the leading position in the fields of automobile agency sales, investment in running schools, and other fields. It has served as a reference for Xinhua bookstores in other regions. However, the diversification strategy cannot be supported by just one or two successful diversification approaches. Hebei Xinhua Bookstore Group Company has advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and threats in diversifying operations. It must proceed cautiously from the "entry" of the industry and grasp the laws of the market economy in the course of operation and management. To form an overall advantage for the main industry and even the whole Hebei Xinhua Bookstore Group Co., Ltd.
