【摘要】：对于今天的出版单位,人才之于发展的重要性不言而喻。人才是核心资产,出版单位应坚持"编辑是核心资产"的理念并落到实处。激发编辑的创造力和工作热情,帮助编辑建立职业自豪感和成就感,把工作目标设定为文化贡献、社会效益,不失初心,不失简单。才能使出版回归本质,才能让更多的读者开卷有益。
[Abstract]:For today's publishing units, the importance of talent to development is self-evident. Talent is the core asset. Publishing units should adhere to the idea that "editing is the core asset" and put it into practice. To help editors establish a sense of professional pride and accomplishment, and set their work goals as cultural contributions, social benefits, without losing their initial mind and without losing their simplicity, can the publication return to its essence and make more readers open books.
