我国出版业供给侧改革思路

【摘要】："供给侧结构性改革"为各行业发展明确了方向。从我国出版业供求现状来看,一方面,无效供给过量,图书生产与读者需求脱节,图书库存积压严重;另一方面,有效需求未得到充分满足,图书出版绝对量较大,而人均书籍消费水平低。我国出版业存在供求结构性失衡的现象,究其原因,主要在于以下三个方面:一是供给方的内容质量有待提升,二是供给方对消费者需求了解不充分,三是供给方在培养消费者阅读习惯方面作为不够。针对出版业存在的问题,对出版业供给侧改革的建议如下:一是政府部门制定政策,支持出版业供给侧改革实践;二是提升全民阅读意识,培养阅读习惯;三是改善出版业供给侧结构,满足消费者需求。

The supply and demand situation of the publishing industry in China, on the one hand, the invalid supply excess, out of book production and the needs of readers, the book inventory backlog serious; on the other hand, the effective demand is not fully satisfied, book the absolute amount is larger, and the consumption level of books low per capita. China's publishing industry there is a structural imbalance in the supply and demand phenomenon, the reason mainly lies in the following three aspects: one is the supply side of the contents of quality should be improved, the two is the supply of consumer demand is not fully understood, the three is not enough as the supply side in the cultivation of consumers reading habits. In view of the publishing industry the problem, as for the publishing industry supply side reform proposals: one is the government departments to formulate policies, support the publishing industry supply side reform practice; the two is to enhance the national reading consciousness, cultivate the habit of reading is to improve; three The supply side structure of the publishing industry meets the needs of consumers.
