数字出版对我国文化建设的影响及对策研究

【摘要】： 党的十七大报告从四个方面深入阐述了推动我国社会主义文化大发展大繁荣的重大使命。出版业历来都是文化建设的主力军,肩负着传承民族文化、发扬民族文化、推动民族文化发展的历史重任。随着信息技术的快速发展,传统出版逐渐向数字出版转型。因此,如何发扬数字出版对文化建设的推动作用,怎样解决数字出版在推动文化建设过程中存在的问题等有很高的研究价值。本文在对国内外数字出版发展研究的基础上,运用唯物主义辩证法,用联系的、发展的、全面的观点研究出版的历史发展及其与文化建设的关系,分析当今数字出版对文化建设产生的积极作用和消极影响。积极作用主要体现在建设和传播社会主义核心价值体系、推动当代中国马克思主义大众化、促进文化产业发展和加速信息全球化发展进程等方面;消极影响主要反映在版权保护问题、网络沉迷问题、不良文化的传播和外来文化的冲击等方面。文章最后运用问题研究法重点对如何趋利避害,充分发挥数字出版对文化建设的积极推动作用提出具体研究对策,认为发展数字出版要建立技术、法律和高科技的监控平台、要将其列入新闻出版业战略重点、要坚持以人为本的价值导向、要建设公平正义的和谐文化和追求人文精神与科技进步的互动互补。
[Abstract]:The report of the Seventeenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) expounds in depth the great mission of promoting the great development and prosperity of socialist culture in four aspects.Publishing industry has always been the main force of cultural construction, shouldering the historical responsibility of inheriting national culture, carrying forward national culture and promoting the development of national culture.With the rapid development of information technology, traditional publishing is gradually transforming to digital publishing.Therefore, how to carry forward the role of digital publishing in promoting cultural construction and how to solve the problems existing in the process of promoting the cultural construction of digital publishing have high research value.On the basis of the research on the development of digital publishing at home and abroad, this paper studies the historical development of publishing and its relationship with cultural construction by means of materialist dialectics, with the view of connection, development and comprehensive.This paper analyzes the positive and negative effects of digital publishing on cultural construction.The positive role is mainly reflected in the construction and dissemination of the socialist core value system, the promotion of the popularization of Marxism in contemporary China, the development of cultural industry and the acceleration of the development process of information globalization.The negative effects are mainly reflected in copyright protection, Internet addiction, the spread of bad culture and the impact of foreign culture.Finally, the paper puts forward concrete research countermeasures on how to seek advantages and avoid disadvantages, give full play to the positive role of digital publishing in promoting cultural construction, and holds that the development of digital publishing should establish a monitoring platform of technology, law and high technology.In order to put it into the strategic focus of press and publication industry, we should adhere to the value orientation of people-oriented, build a harmonious culture of fairness and justice, and pursue the interactive and complementary relationship between humanistic spirit and scientific and technological progress.
