一个编辑的视角:如何提升出版活力

【摘要】：文章结合学习宣传贯彻党的十九大精神,从如何提升出版活力的角度出发,提出新时代编辑应提升的六个方面的能力,包括清晰定位,明确价值选择,增强成就人生的内生动力的能力;开放心态,了解社会,增强把握大势的能力;坚持问题导向,涵养工作悟性,增强选题策划的能力;培养情商,涵养缘分,提高约稿组稿的能力;甘做工匠,精益求精,提升编辑加工的能力;博采众长,学蜂酿蜜,培养由杂家到专家的能力。同时,还从编辑对成长平台和成长环境的期望角度,提出文化价值导向平台、编辑历练成长平台、科学运营管理平台三大平台的搭建对编辑力建构具有重要的助推作用。
[Abstract]:Based on the study, propaganda and implementation of the spirit of 19th CPC National Congress of the Party and from the point of view of how to enhance the vitality of publishing, the article puts forward six aspects of competence that editors in the new era should enhance, including clear positioning and value choice.Enhance the ability of endogenous motivation to achieve life; open mind, understanding society, enhance the ability to grasp the general trend; adhere to problem-oriented, cultivate understanding of work, enhance the ability of topic planning; cultivate emotional quotient, cultivate fate,To improve the ability of draft preparation; to be a craftsman, to improve the ability of editing and processing; to learn from bees and honey; to cultivate the ability from miscellaneous family to expert.At the same time, from the perspective of editors' expectations on the growth platform and environment, this paper puts forward three platforms: cultural value oriented platform, Editing experience growth platform and Scientific Operation and Management platform, which have an important role in promoting the construction of editorial power.
