【摘要】：文章将编辑修养的构成作为编辑修养研究的一个出发点,聚焦于图书编辑,提出"图书编辑修养的构成"主题。将"图书编辑修养的构成"分解为"使命感的修养""专业分工与出版技能的修养""人文社科杂家的修养""识别力的修养""书感的修养""编辑激情的修养"6个要素;并模仿马斯洛需要层次理论,将它们组织成六层,在详细论述了这六层的基础上,扼要揭示了它们之间的联系。
[Abstract]:This paper takes the composition of editorial accomplishment as a starting point for the study of editorial accomplishment, focuses on book editing, and puts forward the theme of "composition of Book Editing accomplishment". The composition of "book editing accomplishment" is divided into six elements: "accomplishment of sense of mission," "professional division of labor and accomplishment of publishing skills", "accomplishment of humanities and social sciences", "cultivation of discerning power", "accomplishment of book sense", "accomplishment of editing passion"; It imitates Maslow's theory of hierarchy of needs and organizes them into six layers. On the basis of discussing the six layers in detail, the relationship between them is briefly revealed.
