科技论文投稿介绍信应逐步退出历史舞台

【摘要】：针对国内外期刊对介绍信的不同要求,本文从互联网和数据库的发展提高了编辑初审稿件的能力、中国期刊国际化及与国外期刊竞争、科技期刊应该更好地为作者服务的角度分析了介绍信的作用。对于功能严重弱化的介绍信机制,为了节省编辑和作者的时间,实现双赢,让编辑把更多的精力放在提高期刊质量和为作者服务上,中国科技期刊应根据自身实际情况逐步取消投稿介绍信。
[Abstract]:In view of the different requirements of the domestic and foreign periodicals for the letter of introduction, this paper improves the ability of editing manuscripts in the first instance from the development of the Internet and database, the internationalization of Chinese periodicals and the competition with foreign periodicals. The function of the letter of introduction is analyzed from the point of view that sci-tech periodicals should better serve the author. In order to save the time of editors and authors and achieve win-win situation, the editors should pay more attention to improving the quality of periodicals and serving authors. Chinese science and technology periodicals should gradually cancel the letter of introduction according to their own actual situation.
