【摘要】：探索并优化新技术环境中船舶类期刊集群的知识信息服务与处理能力。根据新技术环境与知识管理需求,构建了新技术环境中船舶类期刊集群信息融合服务模型。基于此类模型,开发并实现了船舶信息融合服务应用平台。应用新技术,船舶类期刊集群衍生了较多的信息服务类产品,提高了船舶类期刊集群的信息融合服务能力与处理能力,获得了与用户共赢的服务成果。
[Abstract]:To explore and optimize the knowledge information service and processing ability of the marine periodical cluster in the new technology environment. According to the new technology environment and the requirement of knowledge management, the information fusion service model of marine periodical cluster in the new technology environment is constructed. Based on this model, the application platform of ship information fusion service is developed and implemented. With the application of new technology, the ship periodical cluster has derived more information service products, improved the information fusion service ability and processing ability of the ship periodical cluster, and obtained the win-win service results with the users.
