【摘要】:出版社人才培养需要根据岗位不同、级别不同进行针对性培训,对新员工提出"青苗计划"、对业务骨干提出"精鹰计划",对中层干部提出"接班人计划",对高层干部提出"火车头计划"。出版业应通过一系列基层、中高层的培训计划打造出版行业领军人才队伍。
[Abstract]:Publishing house personnel training needs to be based on different posts, different levels of targeted training, We put forward the "Young Miao Plan" for the new employees, the "Jingying Plan" for the business backbone, the "successor plan" for the middle-level cadres, and the "locomotive plan" for the high-level cadres.
