【摘要】:近年来国家对出版行业明确提出了要推进出版发行体制改革,解放发展新闻出版生产力的目标,同时要求抓好集团化战略,指明了以资产为纽带的企业集团化是调整结构、实现新闻出版业集约化发展的主要途径。到目前为止全国已成立了二十余家出版集团。但随着各出版集团产业的做大,相对滞后的管理水平和手段却制约了企业的发展。另一方面由于出版企业的产品本身就是信息,产品信息化在出版企业的管理信息化中占有很重要的地位。因此与其他行业相比,出版企业更应引入信息化管理。目前行业内的多家出版集团已经或正在引入信息管理系统,有些企业已经在实际应用中取得了良好的效果。信息管理系统的建设对于出版企业来说,是对产品进行信息化从而扩大销售途径;通过管理平台对信息的收集和整理分析,协助企业制定战略目标和经营策略;通过对企业管理制度的规范化提高企业管理水平的有效手段,同时也是面对越来越严俊的市场挑战的必要技术基础。但信息管理系统的建设是一个投资巨大,建设复杂的系统性工程,在实施过程和今后的运行过程中面临着诸多风险。如何确保企业能够成功的实施该信息化管理系统,并取得应有的效果,是本文研究的主要课题。 首先,本文简要概述了信息化管理的发展历史和近些年来我国企业信息化的发展状况;并分析了信息化的发展对出版产业产生的各种影响以及本文研究的目的和意义;同时通过多方调研对现阶段,出版行业内各出版集团的信息管理发展现状和各出版信息管理平台系统提供商的情况进行了解。 其次,,本文主要对A出版集团自身的信息化管理现状进行了描述和分析,对企业现阶段需要通过信息化管理平台建设解决的各种问题和今后建设信息管理平台系统的各项需求进行了初步的需求分析。 再次,本文对今后出版集团信息化管理项目的整体规划进行了系统的探讨,包括平台建设的原则,信息化管理平台的结构,信息化管理平台项目建设的目标和范围,并初步探讨了各子模块的设计思路等。 最后,本文主要研究和分析的是企业如何运用项目管理的方法保证信息化管理平台的成功实施,包括:在今后的出版管理平台项目实施过程中所采用的实施方法、实施步骤和实施的具体内容;为保证项目完成成立的项目组织,和组织的结构,以及项目组织的具体工作内容;最后研究和分析了项目建设中可能遇到的各风险,并为此提出了相应的预防措施和解决方法。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the state has clearly put forward the goal of promoting the reform of the publishing and distribution system, liberating and developing the productive forces of the press and publishing, at the same time demanding to grasp the strategy of collectivization, pointing out that the enterprise collectivization based on assets is the adjustment of the structure. The main way to realize the intensive development of the press and publication industry. So far, more than 20 publishing groups have been set up nationwide. However, with the development of publishing group industry, the relative lagging management level and means restrict the development of enterprises. On the other hand, because the product of the publishing enterprise itself is information, the product information occupies a very important position in the information management of the publishing enterprise. Therefore, compared with other industries, publishing enterprises should introduce information management. At present, many publishing groups in the industry have introduced or are introducing information management systems, and some enterprises have achieved good results in practical applications. The construction of information management system for the publishing enterprise is to carry on the information to the product to expand the sale way, through the management platform to collect and organize the information, to assist the enterprise to formulate the strategic goal and the management strategy. The effective means to improve the level of enterprise management through the standardization of enterprise management system is also the necessary technical foundation to face the more and more serious market challenges. However, the construction of information management system is a systematic project with huge investment and complex construction, which faces many risks in the process of implementation and operation in the future. How to ensure the successful implementation of the information management system, and achieve due results, is the main topic of this paper. Firstly, this paper briefly outlines the development history of information management and the development of enterprise informatization in China in recent years, and analyzes the impact of the development of information technology on the publishing industry, as well as the purpose and significance of this study. At the same time, through the multi-party investigation, the current situation of the information management development of the publishing industry and the information management platform system providers in the publishing industry are understood. Secondly, this paper mainly describes and analyzes the information management status of A Publishing Group itself. This paper makes a preliminary demand analysis on the problems that enterprises need to solve through the construction of information management platform and the requirements of building the information management platform system in the future. Thirdly, this paper makes a systematic discussion on the overall planning of the information management project of the publishing group in the future, including the principles of platform construction, the structure of the information management platform, the goal and scope of the construction of the information management platform project. The design ideas of each sub-module are discussed. Finally, this paper mainly studies and analyzes how to use the project management method to ensure the successful implementation of the information management platform, including: the implementation method used in the future publishing management platform project implementation process, The implementation steps and the specific contents of the implementation; the organization of the project and the structure of the organization to ensure the completion of the project, as well as the specific work of the project organization; and finally, the study and analysis of the risks that may be encountered in the construction of the project, To this end, the corresponding preventive measures and solutions are put forward.
