数字出版环境下图书馆的社会功能

【摘要】：随着科技的发展,数字出版已成为时代发展的趋势。与传统出版相比,数字出版的制作周期短、传播速度快、信息规模大、交易过程便捷,给传统出版业的发展带来了巨大变革,出版商积极向传统出版与数字出版融合发展的方式转型,由于图书馆与出版业密切相关,数字出版的发展将对图书馆社会功能造成一定影响。图书馆社会功能主要表现为四个方面:历史方面的功能,信息方面的功能,教育方面的功能,文化方面的功能。本文在了解我国数字出版的现状、国家对于数字出版发展的规划、以及图书馆学界关于数字环境下图书馆的发展方向的基础上,探讨数字出版对图书馆的社会功能造成的影响。首先对图书馆的各个功能进行了阐述,包括功能的定义、定位及表现形式。其次在此基础上分析数字出版影响各项功能的主要因素并讨论了图书馆各项社会功能的强弱变化。最后提出数字出版环境下,图书馆各个功能的实现方式需要作出相关调整,以便更好地实现图书馆的社会价值。在未来数字出版环境下,期待有一个全新的信息资源供给方式,图书馆仍承担着重要的社会责任。全文共分为五个章节。第一章为绪论部分,介绍选题背景和研究意义、国内外研究动态等内容。第二章通过访谈、问卷的形式了解数字出版的具体内容,用户在未来数字出版环境形成的前后对于图书馆的利用情况,以探究图书馆的功能变化。第三章在对图书馆四个方面社会功能进行阐述的基础上,分别讨论数字出版对其造成的影响,图书馆保存人类文化遗产的功能将不再是每一个图书馆的必要责任,而应当是整个图书馆事业所承担的责任,文献资源保存与利用的矛盾将可以得到彻底解决;图书馆在信息资源供给方面作用有所降低,图书馆中介性减弱,但是对图书馆信息资源的深层次组织与开发及读者信息服务方面提出了更高要求;在数字出版环境下,图书馆应当承担更多的社会教育责任与作为公共文化空间的责任,以提升图书馆的社会价值。第四章提出了在未来数字出版环境下图书馆各个方面功能的发挥,较于之前,其实现方式应当有所侧重与转变。第五章对前文进行归纳、总结的基础上提出了对未来数字出版环境下图书馆角色与地位的展望。
[Abstract]:With the development of science and technology, digital publishing has become the trend of the times. Compared with traditional publishing, digital publishing has shorter production cycle, faster dissemination speed, larger information scale and convenient transaction process, which has brought great changes to the development of traditional publishing industry. Publishers actively transform to the traditional publishing and digital publishing integration development, because the library and the publishing industry are closely related, the development of digital publishing will have a certain impact on the social function of the library. The social function of library is mainly manifested in four aspects: the function of history, the function of information, the function of education and the function of culture. On the basis of understanding the current situation of digital publishing in China, the national plan for the development of digital publishing and the direction of library development in the digital environment, this paper probes into the influence of digital publishing on the social function of libraries. First of all, this paper expounds the functions of the library, including the definition, orientation and manifestation of the functions. Secondly, this paper analyzes the main factors that affect the functions of digital publishing and discusses the changes of the social functions of libraries. Finally, it is pointed out that under the environment of digital publishing, the ways of realizing each function of library should be adjusted in order to realize the social value of library better. In the future digital publishing environment, the library is still shouldering important social responsibility. The full text is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, which introduces the background and significance of the topic, research trends at home and abroad. In the second chapter, through the form of interview, questionnaire to understand the specific content of digital publishing, users in the future digital publishing environment before and after the formation of the use of libraries, in order to explore the functional changes of the library. The third chapter discusses the impact of digital publishing on the four aspects of social functions of libraries. The function of preserving the cultural heritage of mankind will no longer be the necessary responsibility of every library. It should be the responsibility of the whole library, and the contradiction between the preservation and utilization of the document resources will be solved thoroughly, the function of the library in the supply of information resources will be reduced, and the intermediary nature of the library will be weakened. However, higher demands are put forward on the deep organization and development of library information resources and reader information service. Under the environment of digital publishing, libraries should bear more social and educational responsibilities and responsibilities as public cultural space. In order to enhance the social value of the library. The fourth chapter puts forward the functions of library in the future digital publishing environment, compared with the previous, its implementation should be emphasized and changed. In the fifth chapter, the author sums up the above and puts forward the prospect of library's role and status in the future digital publishing environment.
