【摘要】：本文以我国图书网络版权保护为研究对象,通过对我国图书网络版权保护现状及国外先进国家版权保护经验的研究,结合新公共管理理论,从司法保护和行政保护两个角度提出我国图书版权保护的对策。本文的主要内容如下:第1章绪论部分,首先阐述了本研究的意义和背景,着重介绍了当前该研究方向的主要进展情况,并介绍本研究的研究思路和方法。第2章主要介绍了网络版权保护研究中所涉及的相关概念以及理论基础。第3章重点分析了当前我国图书网络版权保护的现状,包括我国图书版权的侵权现状和保护现状两个方面。并在此基础上,总结了我国图书网络版权保护的不足之处。第4章研究了美国、欧盟的图书版权保护体系,总结美国、欧盟在图书版权保护方面的成熟经验,并归纳了对我国可资借鉴之处。第5章针对在前文中所阐述的不足和经验借鉴,结合新公共管理理论,从司法保护、行政保护两个角度提出我国图书网络版权保护的对策。结论部分概括总结了本文观点。
[Abstract]:This paper takes the book network copyright protection of our country as the research object, through the research of the present situation of the book network copyright protection of our country and the foreign advanced country copyright protection experience, unifies the new public management theory, From the angle of judicial protection and administrative protection, this paper puts forward the countermeasures of book copyright protection in China. The main contents of this paper are as follows: in the first chapter, the significance and background of this research are introduced, the main progress of the research direction is introduced, and the research ideas and methods are introduced. Chapter 2 mainly introduces the related concepts and theoretical basis of the research on network copyright protection. The third chapter focuses on the analysis of the current situation of book network copyright protection in China, including the current situation of book copyright infringement and protection of two aspects. And on this basis, summarized our country book network copyright protection deficiency. Chapter 4 studies the book copyright protection system of the United States and the European Union, summarizes the mature experience of the United States and the European Union in the copyright protection of books, and sums up the points that can be used for reference in our country. In chapter 5, according to the deficiency and experience described in the previous article, combined with the theory of new public management, the author puts forward the countermeasures of copyright protection of book network in our country from two angles: judicial protection and administrative protection. The conclusion summarizes the views of this paper.
