首次数字编辑职称考评:正名定分,路向远方

【摘要】：北京市在全国率先开展数字编辑职称评定工作,为数字编辑从业人员"正名定分",标志着北京市数十万数字编辑从业人员从此有了明确的职业发展方向和评价体系,有了正式的职业名称,有了为社会承认的群体地位。文章从该职称设定的历史意义、职业要求的角度,分析了首次考评的命题思路,对下一年度的职称考评工作提出了建议。
[Abstract]:Beijing has taken the lead in evaluating the professional titles of digital editors throughout the country, and has "fixed a correct name" for digital editors, marking that hundreds of thousands of digital editors in Beijing have since had a clear career development direction and evaluation system. With a formal professional name, there is a social recognition of the group status. From the perspective of the historical significance of the establishment of the title and the professional requirements, this paper analyzes the propositional thinking of the first appraisal, and puts forward some suggestions for the evaluation of the title in the next year.
