【摘要】：【目的】研究爱思唯尔的发展历程,从中探寻其对我国学术期刊体制改革的有益启示。【方法】采用文献分析、案例分析的方法对爱思唯尔发展历程进行分析。【结果】爱思唯尔的发展历程可以总结为:初期通过精准的专业出版定位,逐渐形成行业垄断;后期面对不断出现的抵制行为,通过战略转型实现再发展。爱思唯尔的发展历程对我国学术期刊体制改革具有非常现实的参考价值。【结论】在借鉴爱思唯尔的经验和教训后,更加明确了我国学术期刊体制改革的改革策略、改革姿态、办刊理念和技术革新等。
[Abstract]:[objective] to study the course of Elsevier's development, and to explore its beneficial enlightenment to the reform of the academic periodical system in China. [methods] A literature analysis was used. [results] Elsevier's development process can be summed up as follows: in the early stage, through the precise positioning of professional publishing, the monopoly of the industry was gradually formed; in the later stage, the resistance behavior appeared constantly. Redevelop through strategic transformation. The development course of Elsevier has very practical reference value for the reform of the academic periodical system in China. [conclusion] after drawing lessons from Elsevier's experience and lessons, the reform strategy and attitude of the reform of the academic periodical system in China are more clearly defined.
