日本图书固定价格销售制度及对我国的启示

【摘要】:图书固定价格销售制度实质上是转售价格维持制度在图书出版方面的体现。日本早在上世纪初便开始实施图书固定价格销售制度,一直持续至今。本文主要考察日本图书固定价格销售制度的形成、实施以及有关存废的争论,并且对日本有关数字出版时代固定价格销售制度是否适用于电子图书的争论进行梳理。日本的固定价格销售制度对我国处理类似问题有一定的启示意义。
[Abstract]:In fact, the fixed price system is the embodiment of resale price maintenance system in book publishing. Japan as early as the beginning of the last century began to implement a fixed-price book sales system, has continued to this day. This paper mainly investigates the formation and implementation of the fixed price sales system of books in Japan, as well as the debate on the retention and abolition of the fixed price sales system in Japan, and combs the debate on whether the fixed price sales system in the digital publishing era is applicable to e-books in Japan. Japan's fixed-price sales system has some implications for China to deal with similar problems.
