大学出版社核心竞争力研究

【摘要】: 作为我国出版业的一支重要力量,大学出版社自成立以来一直发展的比较顺利,但随着市场环境的不断变化,大学出版社传统的管理体制和经营方式已经不能适应新形势的要求。面对新的机遇和挑战,如何培育和提升大学出版社的核心竞争力是每个大学出版人不可回避的一个问题。 本文从我国大学出版社的基本概念、发展状况以及面临的挑战入手,结合企业核心竞争力相关理论,总结出大学出版社核心竞争力的内涵及构成要素,对其进行了深入分析,并对我国当前大学出版社核心竞争力进行了简要的分析评价。文中结合现实情况,从政府和大学出版社两个层面提出了培育大学出版社核心竞争力的具体对策。本文还对北京大学出版社的核心竞争力进行了实证研究。 本文通过对大学出版社核心竞争力的研究,使大学出版社认识到培育核心竞争力对其获得长期竞争优势的重要性。大学出版社核心竞争力是出版社长期积累和整合其资源、知识和技能而形成并独有的能力体系,涉及到各出版社管理的方方面面。因此,培育大学出版社核心竞争力是一项长期的、系统的工程,需要不断努力经营,才可以在实践中逐步形成核心竞争力,从而提高大学出版社的整体竞争实力。
[Abstract]:As an important force in China's publishing industry, University Press has been developing smoothly since its establishment, but with the continuous changes of the market environment, The traditional management system and management mode of university publishing house can not meet the requirements of the new situation. In the face of new opportunities and challenges, how to cultivate and enhance the core competitiveness of university publishing houses is an unavoidable problem for every university publisher. This paper starts with the basic concept, development and challenge of university publishing house in our country, combines the theory of core competence of enterprise, summarizes the connotation and constituent elements of the core competence of university publishing house, and makes a deep analysis of the core competence of university publishing house. At the same time, this paper briefly analyzes and evaluates the core competence of university publishing house in our country. Combining with the actual situation, this paper puts forward the concrete countermeasures to cultivate the core competence of university publishing house from the two aspects of government and university press. This paper also makes an empirical study on the core competence of Peking University Press. Through the research on the core competence of university publishing house, this paper makes the university press realize the importance of cultivating core competence to obtain long-term competitive advantage. The core competence of university publishing houses is a unique ability system formed by publishing houses to accumulate and integrate their resources, knowledge and skills for a long time, which involves all aspects of publishing house management. Therefore, it is a long-term and systematic project to cultivate the core competence of university publishing house, which needs to be managed constantly in order to gradually form the core competence in practice and improve the overall competitive strength of university publishing house.
